It is a spare eye for the Coney Island puppet seen in the scene where the five lucky golden ticket winners arrive at Willy Wonka's factory and watch the puppet show before meeting Willy Wonka himself.
Made from durable plastic, the eye measures approximately 1.75" x 1.75" x 1.25" in size. Despite being a production item, it remains in good condition with minimal additional wear.
