An original control panel used in the production of the BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who.

These panels can be seen on-screen in the 2022 episode "The Power of the Doctor".

It has been constructed from perspex with different types of symbols in boxes and circles etched into the perspex and then painted silver.

There are two bolts and sticky pads on the back of the panel for when it was attached on set.  Artwork/Graphics Were Placed Underneath, in the open part of the panel, and lit up to create the effect seen on screen.

The panel measures approx  37.25" across the top tampering in at the bottom to 26.5" and 19.25" high.

It remains in good production used condition with additional wear from use.

The episode was ordered for the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the launch of the BBC, airing five days after. It was written by Chris Chibnall, and directed by Jamie Magnus Stone.
