This is an original production-made puppet head casting of the character Station Officer Steele, created for the television series Fireman Sam during its 2003–2005 run. 
 
Made in resin, this casting was used in production as a size reference for the show's vehicles, ensuring that the scale of the puppets and vehicles aligned correctly for filming. The name “O'Steele” is handwritten in black pen on the underside of the piece, identifying its character origin.
 
The head measures approximately 4 inches x 2.75 inches x 2.75 inches and remains in good, production-used condition, exhibiting expected wear from its use during the making of the series.
