Original miniature wine bottles used in the production of the classic British stop motion animated television series The Wind in the Willows (1984-1988).
These Wine bottles were used in series 3 episode 13 'Winter Haunts' and were created for Mr Toad's cellar.
Made from cast resin and measures approx 3in tall.
They remain in a good production used condition with additional wear from use.
The wind in the Willows was a stop motion TV series that was based on characters from Kenneth Grahame's classic story of the same name.
It was made by the animation company Cosgrove Hall for Thames Television and was shown on ITV in the 1980's. It starred David Jason and Peter Sallis and ran for 5 seasons, with a total of 65 episodes, winning a BAFTA and an international Emmy award during its run.
