An original prop pillar from the production of Nick Park’s acclaimed stop-motion animated film Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (2005), produced by Aardman Animations.

This prop was created for use in scenes set at Tottington Hall, the estate of Lady Tottington. Pillars of this type are featured during the film’s dramatic rooftop sequence, in which Victor Quartermaine (voiced by Ralph Fiennes) attempts to hunt the elusive “Were-Rabbit” while standing atop the hall, shotgun in hand.

The pillar is constructed from a type of plaster with a textured finish designed to replicate stonework. It consists of three interlocking sections joined together by dowels, allowing for ease of assembly and display.

It remains in good production used condition with additional wear from use. The top section has undergone a repair to the arch.

Dimensions (approx.): 27.75 in. (height) × 5.25 in. (width at widest point) × 5.25 in. (depth at widest point)

Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit is a BAFTA- and Academy Award-winning feature that follows Wallace and his dog Gromit as they run a humane pest control company and face off against a mysterious creature threatening the village's prized vegetable competition.
